Ashwagandh is an evergreen shrub that grows in India, the Middle East, and parts of Africa. Its roots and orange-red fruit have been used for hundreds of years for medicinal purposes. The herb is also called Indian ginseng or winter cherry. Ashwagandha churn is a powder of Withania Somnifera.
Indication: Used in the management of general debility, fatigue, anxiety, stress, insomnia, sexual debility, oligospermia, spermatorrhoea and neurological disorders.
Dose: ½ to 1 teaspoon, two times daily along with milk or honey, before or after food as directed by physician.
